Every One Of These Started With Something That Was Not Working
Twenty one builds, what was broken in each, and what changed
Most consultant portfolios show finished pages. A finished page proves somebody made a page.
What follows is the other thing: what each business was running before, what was actually wrong with it, what got built, and what happened after. Some of these produced a number. Some produced a system that had not existed. Both are here, and neither is dressed up as the other.
Twenty one projects. Sixteen brands. Coaching, courses, health, real estate, education and services.
Filter by platform or by problem
Filters combine. Selecting GoHighLevel and Webinar funnels shows the projects that are both.

Results with a figure
Thirteen projects where the outcome was measured. Each opens into the full story.

—
Each of these opens into the full story: the before state, the diagnosis, the build and the outcome.
If one of these looks like your situation, that is usually the fastest way into a conversation.
Build projects
Eight projects where the work was the system itself: funnel design, website builds, platform customization and the automation behind them. These are judged on what got built and whether it held, not on a revenue figure, because a build and a campaign are different jobs measured different ways.

—
If your build is the thing that does not exist yet, that is the same starting point as most of these.
How these are written
Every case study on this site follows the same rules, because a portfolio is only useful if you can trust what is in it.
- Every project shows the work. What gets shown depends on what the project was and what is worth leading with. Where the number is the headline, the dashboard leads. Where the build is the headline, the funnel pages lead. Several projects carry both. Client account details stay cropped or blurred throughout.
- What is shown and what is described are separate things.A project that leads with a revenue screenshot still documents the full scope underneath it: the site, the funnel, the automation, the integrations and the tracking. The screenshot decides what you see first, not what you get told.
- The role is stated exactly. Most of these were direct client engagements. Two, RAL Academy and Multifamily Movement, came through PPC Boutique. One, Enriched Academy, was an in-house role rather than a freelance contract. Those three pages say so.
- Campaign work and build work are separated.A revenue figure measures a campaign. A build is measured by whether the system holds and what it made possible. Presenting the second as the first is the most common thing wrong with consultant portfolios.
- Nothing is rounded up.$30,132 is not "over $30K". The specific number is the one that can be checked.
- Where a figure came from the client rather than from an account I could see, the page says so.Naughty Girl Fitness is the clearest example. Their number is real and it is theirs, not a measurement of mine, and the page states that rather than blurring the difference.
Yours Is Probably In Here Somewhere
Twenty one projects and one pattern behind all of them: the money was rarely lost where the client thought it was.
