One Reply, Within 24 Hours, From Me

Not an assistant, and not a calendar link

Most people arrive here in one of two states. Either you know what is broken and want it fixed, or you know something is leaking and cannot say which step.

Those need different first conversations, so they start differently below.

Whichever you pick, the reply will contain something: a number, a question, or an answer. If a call would be quicker, my calendar comes back with it.

Start a project

For when you can name the thing. A funnel to build, a migration to run, a campaign to set up, copy to write.

Send what you sell and what it costs, where your traffic comes from, what platforms you are on, and what needs building. You get a scoped number back, or a question if something in it changes the scope.

Book an audit

For when the symptom is clear and the cause is not. Traffic is steady and sales are flat. The reports do not agree with the bank account. Something in the automation broke and nobody knows when.

An audit costs less than a build and answers the question a build assumes has already been answered. There are five, depending on the symptom.

If this sounds familiar Start with
Traffic is steady, conversion has not moved CRO audit, from $1,500
Your platforms report different numbers Tracking audit, from $1,000
Your automation was built by somebody who left Automation audit, from $1,000
Ad spend is up, revenue is not Account audit, from $1,500
Competitors appear in AI answers and you do not AI visibility audit, from $1,200

Not sure which? Describe what you are seeing and I will tell you which one applies, or whether none of them do.

Neither of those

Some conversations do not fit a form. A second opinion on something somebody else built. A question about whether an approach makes sense. A project too early to scope.

Those are fine, and not every question needs to turn into a project.

How this goes from here

  1. A reply within 24 hours. From me. If it takes longer, something has gone wrong and I will say so rather than go quiet.
  2. The reply contains something.A scoped number, a question that changes the scope, or an answer. Not an invitation to book a call to find out what I would have said in an email.
  3. A call happens if a call is useful. The confirmation page carries my calendar for project and audit inquiries, so booking is one click if you want it. For a straightforward build a call often is not necessary. For a diagnosis or a strategy session it is the work itself.
  4. Nothing gets built before mapping is agreed.Whatever the project, the offer and journey get settled before anything is designed. Changes at that stage cost minutes.
  5. Terms are the same for everybody.50% upfront, balance on delivery.

Two things worth knowing

  1. I will tell you if the problem is somewhere else.On more than one project the honest answer was that the funnel was fine and the issue was upstream of it. If that is what your information shows, that is what the reply will say.
  2. Some projects are not a fit and it is better to find out now.No offer selling yet, a need for it live in seven days, or a budget that does not match the scope. Each service page states its own version of this. Saying so in the first message saves both of us a week.

Use The Last One If You Are Unsure

Sorting out which of these you need is my job rather than yours.
